Lodema (Penney) DeVoll, 92, of Paragould, died Wednesday in DeSoto, MO. Lodema was a retired School Teacher and a member of East Side Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Barney and Bertha Horne Lloyd; first husband, Lionell Penney; second husband, Bill DeVoll; brother, B. C. Lloyd ; sisters, Mildred (Kenneth) Ellington; Pauline (Gus) Eubanks; brother Rev. Meldon (Marie) Lloyd; brother - in-law, Gus Miller; step-son, Marlin (Tuffy) DeVoll; step-son-in-law, Perry Biggs Survivors include, daughter and son-in-law, Sandra ( Penney) and Rodney Sharpe of DeSoto, MO; step-daughters, Virginia Biggs and Jesalee (Bob) Herren; sisters, Marian Pierceall (Gene) of Morton, IL and Velma Jean Miller of Paragould. sister-in-law, Dot Lloyd of Paragould; 9 step grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday from 11:00-11:30 at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 11:30 A.M. at Heath Colonial Chapel with Rev. Dennis Scudder officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Memorials may be sent to East Side Baptist Church, 529 East Court Street, Paragould, AR 72450.
