Liz Emily White Howard, 83, of Paragould, passed away Wednesday at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late Hadee and Osmer White. Her family was her pride and joy, and she enjoyed spending as much time with her grandkids and great grandkids as possible. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Glen Howard; daughter, Rita Stanfill; infant son, Ricky Howard; brother, Leonard White; sisters, Lillie Mae Gibson, Lorene Ward, and Marvell Strope; and son-in-law, Stan Weatherford.
Survivors include daughter, Gayla Weatherford, of Paragould; brother, George (Juanita) White, of Kentucky; grandchildren, Jason (Carla) Weatherford, Autumn (Brian) Hicks, both of Paragould, Jessica (Clinton) Jackson, of Jonesboro, Corey (April) Weatherford and Andrew (Melissa) Gander, both of Paragould; great-grandchildren, Carlee, Addison, Kinlee, Carter, Lila, Cooper, Camryn, Creedon, Eli, Kason, and Christian; son-in-law, Winford Stanfill, of Paragould; and brother-in-law, Junior Strope, of Paragould.
Visitation is Friday evening from 5:00-7:00 pm at Heath Funeral Home. The funeral service is Saturday at the funeral home beginning at 10:00 am with Rev. Tommy Toombs officiating. Burial will follow at Greene County Memorial Gardens. Send memorials to Christ United Methodist Church.
