Larry Douglas Gibson

Larry Douglas Gibson, 67, of Paragould, died Tuesday at his home. He was born July 7, 1942 in Newark, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his father, Clyde Gibson, brother, Lindsey Gibson and step brother, R.C. Gibson. Survivors include his wife: Lillie Mae Gibson of the home; mother: Lucille Gibson; sons: Larry Don Gibson, Douglas Wayne Gibson, both of Jonesboro; step daughter: Bonnie Ray of Paragould; step son: Don Sanders of Collierville, Tennessee; sisters: Mary Lou Clark of Floral, Sally Logan of Jonesboro, Dorothy Gibson of Batesville; brothers: Ray and Phillip Gibson, both of Jonesboro; grandchildren: Austin, Brittney and Aaron Gibson; and great grandchild: Peyton McKenzie Gibson. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Wednesday, at Heath Funeral Home. His life will be celebrated at Heath Colonial Chapel, 1:30 PM, Thursday, with Reverend Dennis Strope officiating. Burial will follow at Greene County Memorial Gardens.
