Kenneth Ray "Kink" Ritsmon

Kenneth Ray “Kink” Ritsmon, 66, of Dixie, died Monday, at St Bernard’s Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro. He was born September 9, 1941, the son of the late Henry and Adell (Vick) Ritsmon. He was also preceded in death by his brother and sister-in-law Johnny and Marion Ritsmon and his sister and brother-in-law, Susie and Arnold Hemby. “Kink” was employed by the City of Jonesboro Street Department for approximately four years and was a foreman for the Craighead County Road Department Eastern District for seventeen years. He had attended Shugtown Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Ritsmon of the home; sons and daughters-in-law: Jay and Becky Ritsmon of Manila and Andy and Amanda Ritsmon of Schugtown; precious angels (grandchildren): Tyler Ritsmon, Mallory Ritsmon, Mackenzie Ritsmon and Jacob Ritsmon; sisters and brother-in-law: Janet "Janie" and Cliff Manley and Rose Ann Bates, both of Paragould; brother-in-law, Les Bates of Paragould; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM Wednesday at Heath Funeral Home. His life will be celebrated 10:00 AM Thursday at Heath Colonial Chapel with Reverend Everett Isom officiating. Burial will follow at Clarks Chapel Cemetery. Heath McGaughey, Eiland Wilson, Jason Allen, Phillip Hairrell, Terry McNatt and David Schug will be pallbearers.
