Kari Nichole Christian, 37, of Lafe, passed away Wednesday at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center. She was born in Cape Canaveral, Florida, a member of St. John's Luther Church and loved music of all kinds, computer games, movies, avid sports fan, and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Mary Farrell Christian and maternal grandparents, Lum and Gay Thomas
She is survived by her parents, Chris (Kathy) Christian of Paragould, mother, Tammy Thomas Christian of the home; sisters, Lisa (Jimmy) Huffstetler of Paragould, Katie Christian and Audrey (John) Rock all of Lafe; step-sister, Cheyenne Smith; nieces, Emma and Ella Huffstetler and Olivia Rock; nephews, Ethan Huffstetler, Jayden Christian and Brody Rock; step-niece, Kyleigh Shreeves; step-nephew, Kaleb Ruiz; and numerous loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be Friday from 9:30-11 AM at St. John's Lutheran Church in Lafe with the service starting at 11:00 with Rev. Aaron Neugebauer officiating. Burial will follow in St. John's Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Flynn Willis, Stacy Tritch, Jarrod Scheer, Justin Willis, Brian Brightwell, Heith Willis, Jeremy Lange and Jason Thomas. There will be a gathering of family and friends and a meal after the service in the fellowship hall. Lasting memorials are asked to consider St. John's Lutheran Church.
