Joshua Michael Crowder, 33, of Paragould, passed from this life on Tuesday, May 10, 2022. He was born in St. Charles, Illinois, to Jesse Henderson and Tammy Crowder. Josh attended high school in New Madrid, Missouri, before moving to Paragould. He married Neeley Addison on July 19, 2019. Josh went to work at Rent One for over ten years. When he was not at work, Josh loved video games, collecting action figures, and being outside with his family. He owned almost every game system invented. He was a Pokemon expert. Josh had a collection of Power Ranger and Green Lantern action figures. Josh could have possibly been the Memphis Grizzlies' biggest fan. While all of this describes his interests, it does not begin to describe his character. Josh was a person who never met a stranger. He had a love for people that does not exist in many. It was often said that when he met someone new, that person instantly became family to Josh. It can easily be said that there will never be another person quite like him. He was the light and laughter in every room.
Josh was preceded in death by his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Gregory and Deidra Addision, and his great uncles and aunts, Fred and Cheryl Chamberlain, Chris Lancaster, and Aunt Cookie.
Survivors include his wife, Neeley Crowder; children, Aaliyah, Julius, Ta'Lyn, and Virginia "Fat Fat" Crowder and Alexandria Branscum; mother, Tammy Crowder of Paragould; brother Jeremy (Sarah) Crowder and their kids, Jordan, Alivia, Jaycie, and Isaiah of Sikeston; sister Shelby (Latrevion) Whalen of Paragould; father, Jesse Henderson of Illinois; siblings on his father's side, Brittany, Jazmine, Jaden, DJ, King Judah, and King David Henderson, all of Illinois; brother-in-law, James Addison (Jada White); sister-in-law, Corie Lyn Addison (Jordan Scott) and their kids, Adilyn, Allison, Andrea, and Achilles; grandparents, Donald and Liz Lancaster and Grandma Sallis; and very special friends who are more like family, Megan Fisher and daughter, Ruby Misouria, Christopher and Nicole Parker and their kids, Exzavier, Kirstin, and Ellie, Melissa "Sissa" Parker, Michael Dean, Bryan and Jerica Norvell and their son, Bryan Leigh, Chris and Cassie Waechter and their daughter, Blakely Jo.
