Joseph Henry Brien

Joseph Henry Brien, 85, Paragould, formerly of Portland, Maine, died Thursday, October 4, 2012 at his home in Paragould. He was born February 4, 1927 in Portland, Maine the son of the late Henry and Margret Gould Brien. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Edward Brien and sister, Florence Leimux. He was retired from the Air Force and was a lifetime member of American Legion and a member of the Sargeant Association of Las Vegas, Nevada. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife; Robbie Lee Brien of the home; brothers: Ernest and Gerald Brien; sisters: Bertha Montgomery. A public rosary will be held Sunday, October 7, at Heath Funeral Home from 6:00-6:30 PM. The family will receive friends following the rosary from 6:00-8:00 PM Sunday. His life will be celebrated Monday,October 8, 2012 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 10:30 AM, with Father Mike Sinkler officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
