Joseph Chris Tarver

Joseph Chris Tarver, 66, of Panama City, FL, died Wednesday. Chris was a retired building contractor and served in the Vietnam War. He was the son of the late Joseph Crawford "J.C." and Edna Huddnell Tarver. Chris is survived by his wife, Linda Foresythe Tarver of Panama City; and a special cousin, Louise Pritchard, Jena, LA. Funeral service will be at Heath Funeral Home at 1:00 PM, Sunday, Reverend Kim Bridges officiating. Interment will be in Harvey's Chapel Cemetery, Marmaduke.
