Joseph C. Anderson Jr.

Mr. Joseph C. Anderson, Jr., 79, of Paragould died Saturday, November 27, 2010, at his home. Mr. Anderson was retired from Emerson Electric and a U.S. Army Veteran. He was born September 4, 1931 in Paragould the son of the late Joe Caswell and Esta Lee Stuart Anderson. He was also preceded by one brother, Hershel. He is survived by his wife: Martha Anderson, of the home; son: Jay Anderson of Springdale, AR; step son: Kenny Felty of Rogers, AR; sisters and brothers-in-law: Anna Laura Liszewski of Benton, AR, Anita & Lynn Baker of Oklahoma City, OK, Linda Dollins of Jonesboro, June & Eugene Wooten of West Helena, AR; brothers and sisters-in-law: Joe and Carolyn Anderson of Batesville, AR, Jerry and Ileana Anderson of Kona, Hawaii, James and Angie Anderson of Millington, Tennessee, John "E" and Sharon Anderson of Chapin, South Carolina; four grandchildren, 23 nieces and nephews, 32 great nieces and nephews and 2 great nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Tuesday, at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at Heath Colonial Chapel at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, with Rev. Tracy Archibald officiating. Burial will follow at Woods Chapel Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Billy Ellis, Larry Miller, Mark Davis, Bud Fletcher, Orland Crail and Daniel Bassett.
