Johnny Barnum, Sr.

March 16, 1950 — September 30, 2018

Johnny Ray Barnum, Sr., 68, of Paragould, passed away Sunday at St. Bernard's Medical Center. Johnny was a farmer who loved to hunt, fish, anything outdoors and especially hunting Indian rocks. He was a US Navy veteran of the Viet Nam War, attended Stanford Baptist Church and was the son of the late John Cleo and Wanda Barnum. He was also preceded in death by two sons, Brian Barnum and Tracey Barnum.

Survivors include his wife, Bonnie Barnum of the home; two sons, Johnny Ray Barnum, Jr. of Paragould and Gregory Barnum of Muskegon, MI.; brother, Willard Barnum of Corning; sisters, Lana King, Claudia St. Clair, and Carolyn Johnson all of Corning; grandchildren, Richard, Adam, Carson, Casey, Cody, Emily, Isaac Barnum; great-grandchildren, Adeline and Nicholas Barnum

Visitation will be at Stanford Baptist Church Thursday from 1:30 - 2:00 with the service following the visitation with Rev. Adam Bruton officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery at Walcott.

Pallbearers are Richard Barnum, Jay Clark, Timothy Lawrence, Kerry Joe Felty, John Allen Felty and Derek Austin.
