Johnie Forbs

Johnie Forbs, 90, of Paragould, passed away Thursday at A.M.M.C. in Paragould. He is the son of the late Claud and Lorene Reed Forbs. He was retired from the city as a heavy equipment operator and was of the Church of Christ Faith. Johnie is also preceded in death by his wife, Lucinda Forbs; step daughter, Belinda Phillips; and stepson, Kenny Howard.

Survivors include daughter, Linda Gail Roe (Justin); stepson, Larry Howard, son, John Jr. Forbs (Heather); step daughter, Karen Groom (Terry), all of Paragould; grandchildren, Zackery Hay, Kimberly Haney, Courtney Haney, Connor Forbs, Austin Forbs, Paige Forbs, Riley White, Angela Patterson, Tommy Rogers, Doyle Howard, Daniel Howard, Jody Howard, Janice Howard, Nathan Howard, Christine Howard, and Anthony Howard; great grandchild, Trevor Wayne Hay; and numerous other children, grand children, brothers, and sisters.

Graveside service will be Thursday, October 29, 2020 at Mountain Home cemetery beginning at 2:00 pm under the direction of Heath Funeral Home. Memorials may be sent to the Alzheimer's Association.

In order to comply with CDC guidelines, friends are asked to practice social distancing and wear a face covering at the service.
