Joann Belle Cline

JoAnn Belle Cline, 66 of Cotter, AR, died Monday at her residence. She was an office worker for Mar-Bax Shirt Factory and a Shipping Rate Analyst for Tenneco and of the Church of Christ belief. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Dorothy Brock Rice and a brother, Dale Rice. Survivors include her husband, Robert L. Cline of the home; daughter, Sandra (Bryan) Orgeron of Texarkana, AR; sons, David Goff of Sacramento, CA and Curtis (Shelia) Carter of Paragould; brothers, William (Artie) Rice of Norfork, AR and Larry Rice of Gassville, AR. Grandchildren, Ashley Richardson, Curtis Carter, Kayla Liles, Justin Liles, Robert Liles, Taelyr Goff. Great Grandchildren, Carson Wetmore and Brooklyn Richardson. Honorary Pallbearers are Justin and Robert Liles and Bryan Orgeron. Graveside services will be Friday at 1:30 P.M. at Jonesboro Memorial Park with Billy Cline, Lonnie Pyle and Curtis Carter officiating.
