Jimmie Wayne Green

Jimmie Wayne Green, 84 of Lafe, was called home to his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on September 23, 2021. Jimmie loved his wife Nadine (Tritch) Green and they were married for 61 years. Jimmie also loved his daughters Paula and Dana, his sons-in-law Steve and Ben, his grandchildren Kirtis, Ashley and Bennett, as well as his many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Jimmie always thought of other people before himself, had a great sense of humor, loved to tell jokes, and always was supportive of his family. His entire life was spent in joy by the side of his wife, and he loved watching his children and grandchildren grow.

Visitation will be Saturday, September 25, 2021 from 1:00 – 3:00 at St. Johns Lutheran Church in Lafe with services following at 3:00 PM with Pastor Aaron Neugebauer officiating. Burial will follow in St. Johns Cemetery.

Memorials may be sent to St. Johns church.
