Jeffery Blake Ward, 30, of Paragould, passed away Thursday, June 2 in Memphis. He was a team leader at Monroe and enjoyed deer hunting and working out. Blake served in the Arkansas Army National Guard and was also a member of the Oak Grove Fire Department. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Guida Swyers.
Survivors include his wife, Audrey Ward; step son, Zachary Parrish; mother and step father, Julie and David Blevins; father and step mother, John and Cindy Ward; brothers, Jeremy and John, Jr. Ward; sisters, Dorothy Barrientes and Candace Ward; step brother, B. J. Blevins; brothers-in-law, Brandon (Kelly) Gladish and Daniel (Loretta) Eaton; sister-in-law, Rylee Ryan; aunt and uncle, Janet and Fred Shannon; uncle, Jimmy Maples; bonus brothers, Brian, Darreal, and Ricky Shannon; step grandmother, Wanda Blevins; special friends, Fred Siebert and Chris Wilcox; and numerous other friends and family.
Visitation will be Friday from 6-8 pm at Heath Funeral Home. The funeral will be Saturday at 10:00 am at Heath Colonial Chapel. Burial is in New Friendship Cemetery. Pallbearers are Brian, Darreal, and Ricky Shannon; Fred Siebert; Chris Wilcox; Jimmy Maples; Andrew Withrow; and Jeremy Ewing.
