James Frost

James William Frost, 82, of Paragould died Sunday in Paragould. He was born May 25, 1925 in Conway the son of the late Elmer and Rose Rogers Frost. He was also preceded in death by three sisters and one brother. He was Pentecost, a World War II Army Veteran, and worked on the Cotton Belt Railroad. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Back Frost of the home; daughters: Anna Anderson, Brenda Hartley, both of Paragould, Bobbie Fresen of Truman, Cathy Walker of Caraway; son, James W. Frost, II. of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; brother, Bobby Wayne Frost of Paragould; fifteen grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Tuesday at Heath Funeral Home. His life will be celebrated at 10:00 AM Wednesday at Heath Colonial Chapel with Reverend Bill Snow officiating. Burial will follow at Shiloh Cemetery.
