Jake Armer Galbreath, 15, of Beech Grove passed away Monday at his home surrounded by his family. Jake is preceded in death by his brothers Copper and Jethro. Survivors include his parents David and Lara Galbreath of the home;brothers Paul and Michael Galbreath; sisters Mariah and Jennifer Galbreath; nephew David; nieces Morgan, Bianca, Lucy, Ciara, Camille and Maggie and his aunt and uncle Tammy and Terry Parsley of Sheridan, WY.
