Hugh Thomas Mccrory

July 28, 1941 — September 3, 2016

Hugh Thomas McCrory, 75, of Marmaduke, died Saturday at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center. He was a retired Tool and Die maker for Darling Store Fixtures, member of the First General Baptist Church of Marmaduke, and a U.S. Navy Veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Curtis and Della Bryant McCrory; 2 brothers; and 3 sisters.

Survivors include his wife, Velma McCrory of the home; daughter, Tonya (David) Vanhorn of Marmaduke; son, Tommy McCrory of Spring Hill, TN; grandchildren, Jacob Vanhorn, Alison West, and Nash McCrory; and great grandchildren, Koy West and Kyle Vanhorn.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 12-1 PM at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral services will begin at 1 PM at Heath Colonial Chapel with Rev. Kenneth Hargrave officiating. Burial will follow in Harvey’s Chapel Cemetery. The family requests memorials be sent to the First General Baptist Church Building Fund in Marmaduke.
