Glenda Morrow

Glenda Faye Morrow, 77, passed away Thursday, June 29, 2023. Glenda was born to parents, Jerald and Frieda Sawyer Smith on November 21, 1945. She was born in Walnut Ridge, AR and lived in the Walnut Corner Community and helped on her Dad's farm until she married Bob Morrow in 1963. She retired from Emerson Electric after 37 years of dedication. Glenda was a faithful member at Grace Baptist Church. Glenda is preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Connie Smith and Norma Simpson.

Glenda and Bob had no children but claimed Jason(Nikki), Kendra(Michael), Tawney(Seth) and Shayna(Levi) as grandchildren. Great grandchildren include Clayton, Breanna, Lexie, Jaxton, Aria, Katelyn, Avery, Draven, Shelba, Oakleigh, Liliana, Collins and Darcy. She also is survived by her husband, Bob; sister, Hilda Simpson; brother, Dexter Smith; and a host of family and friends to cherish her memories.

The family will receive friends Saturday, July 1, 2023 from 11am-12pm at Heath Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 12PM with Michael Celeskey and Curtis Hitt officating. Burial will follow at Greene Co. Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers are Michael, Jason, Seth, Levi, Bobby, Brandon and Lee.In lieu of flowers, please make donations to NEA Hospice in Jonesboro.
