Glenda Brown

Glenda Faye Brown, 69, of Brookland, passed away Friday at Baptist Memorial Hospital. She was born in Paragould and was of the Baptist faith. She was a retired hairdresser, loved to garden and cook for whoever would let her. Glenda was the daughter of the late Ben and Freccie Blankenship Wilkason. She was also preceded in death by one sister, Thalia Ring.

Survivors included one son, Kyle Brown and daughters by heart, Bianca McGee and Karon Doyle all of Brookland.

Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 5-7 pm at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Thursday afternoon at 2:30 pm in the chapel with Rev. Stacy Prater officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Log Cemetery. Pallbearers are Bruce Price, Gerald Price, Randy Loyd, Jerry Beshiers, Kenny Beshiers, and Darrell Phelps. Honorary pallbearer is Ron Rawls.
