Genevieve Lucille Speer

Genevieve Lucille Speer, 92, passed away Sunday at The Green House Cottages of Belle Meade. She was the daughter of the late Audie and Lillie Clark Morrow. Preceding her in death are her husband, Cloyce Speer; brothers, O.D. Morrow, Gentry Morrow, and David Morrow; and sisters, Ethel Page and Lou Jean Smith. Genevieve was of the Church of Christ faith and was a member of 7th & Muller and Commissary Church of Christ. She enjoyed sewing in her earlier years.

Survivors include, sons, Joel (Shirley) Speer, of Paducah, Kentucky, Jackie Speer, of Brinkley, and James (Christi) Speer, of Paragould; daughter, Judy Morris, of Little Rock; sister, Alberta Pillow, of Paragould; nine grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Thursday at Heath Funeral Home from 10:00-11:00 am. A graveside service will follow at Shiloh cemetery with Art Smith officiating. The procession will leave the funeral home at 11:00 am. Send memorials to Children's Home of Paragould or charity of giver's choice.
