Geneva "Buttercup" Stewart

Geneva Collen (“Buttercup”) Stewart, 75 Jonesboro, formerly of Paragould, died Tuesday at her residence. She was a Homemaker and of the Pentecostal belief. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilford Stewart; parents George and Clara Archer Smith; son, Thomas Milton; brothers, Lloyd and Donnie Smith, sister, Annalue Smith. Survivors include her children, Johnny Milton of Texas, Merena Mason, Sissy James and Mark Stewart all of Arkansas and Kenneth Stewart of Arizona; brothers and sisters, Gerald Smith of Arkansas, Bernice Lupo, Ouida Cooper, and Jimmy Smith of Florida and Keffer Heren of Arkansas; several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Thursday from 6:00-8:00 at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Friday at 1:00 P.M. at Heath Colonial Chapel with Rev. Floyd Ryles officiating.
