Gaylon Dement

Gaylon DeMent, 87, of Marmaduke passed away Thursday at his residence. Gaylon was the son of the late Lyne DeMent and Verda Dixon DeMent. One of his favorite things to do was read to his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Gaylon was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Glendola Duncan; and one son, Danel DeMent.

Survivors include his daughter, Debra Young; grandson, Jeremy Young and Brandon Young; his sons, Jameson, Logan and Blake; and nieces Judy Duncan Kalia Pate and Taika Pate.
