Garlon M. Hays

Garlon M. Hays, 74, of Atoka, TN, formerly of Paragould, died Saturday at Methodist Central Hospital in Memphis. Garlon was a retired cabinet builder and a former employee of Firestone Tire & Rubber in Memphis and of the Nazarene belief. He was preceded in death by his parents, Melvin Charlie and Elva Grooms Hays. Survivors include his wife, Charlotte Hays of the home; son and daughter-in-law, Brad and Lisa Hays of Bartlett, TN; daughter and son-in-law, Sheila and Joel Bramlitt of Collierville, TN. Grandchildren, Megan Wylie and husband Brian, Zach Hays, Kristen Bramlitt and Kasey Bramlitt; great grandchild, Hays Wylie. Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 6-8 at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday at Heath Colonial Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Winn officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
