Gale Brewer

Gale Armedis Brewer, 73, of Moscow, Tennessee, passed from this life on Saturday, June 11, 2022. He was born in Marmaduke, Arkansas, on February 26, 1949, to E.F. and Willodene Brewer. Gale graduated from Marmaduke High School in 1968. He attended Arkansas State University where he earned his BS in Marketing in 1975 and BS in Business Data Processing in 1977. He worked as a systems programmer at FedEx until he retired in 2004. In his spare time, he enjoyed riding his motorcycle, traveling and making knives. Gale was a member of Bellevue Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Gale is survived by his wife of 44 years, Sharon Brewer of Moscow; brother, Ron Brewer of Fayetteville; nephews, James (Karen) Brewer, their son, Christopher, and their daughter, Jenna, of Cottage Grove, Minnesota, and Erick (Krista) Brewer of Minneapolis, Minnesota; brother-in-law, Michael Shannon of Jonesboro, his daughters, Sky of Jonesboro and Nicole of Springdale; and sister-in-law, Kathleen Shannon of Jonesboro.

A graveside funeral is at 11am on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at Harvey’s Chapel Cemetery in Marmaduke. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation to Gideons International or a charity of your choice.
