Frank Eugene Lee

Frank Eugene Lee, 83, of Paragould, died April 4 at Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro. His last few months were spent at The Chateau on the Ridge where he was surrounded by a loving staff. Frank was born to the late Ray and Lizzie (Varner) Lee December 13, 1931, in Delaplaine. After graduation, Mr. Lee joined the U.S. Army and served in the Secret Service branch. He began his career as a school teacher before moving north with his new bride. He worked at National Lock until he moved into the corporate world which sent him to various locales. He spent most of his career as an executive with Sears and finished his career in sales in 2001. He loved people and took an interest in the lives of everyone he met. Frank was a member of the 7th and Mueller Church of Christ, Lions Club, and Greene County Veterans Hall of Fame. Frank is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Lillian Ruth Lee; brothers, Bill, Leon, Earl and Lehman Lee; sister, Opal Gillian; and brother-in-law, Amos Gillian. Frank is survived by four children, Debbie Lee, Philip Lee, Linda and her husband, Terry Agee, and Carla Wilson, all of Paragould; grandchildren, Anthony and his wife, Stacey Hollis, Nathan Lee, Cydney Lee, Trevor and his wife, Chelsie Lacey, Hunter and Meagan Wilson, and Mallory and Madison Wilson; great-grandchildren, Kayla, Kenzie and Kira Hollis, Aiden, Parker and Ellie Lacey; sister, Beulah and her husband, Bill Jackson; and a host of nieces and nephews. Services will be 11 AM Wednesday, April 8 in the Heath Colonial Chapel with Art Smith and Michael Cox officiating. Burial will follow in Shiloh Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Anthony Hollis, Nathan Lee, Hunter Wilson, Trevor Lacey, Terry Agee and John Mowry. Honorary pallbearers are Bob Cannon and L.R. Smith.
