Frances E. Rushing, 81, of Black Rock, passed away Saturday in Jonesboro. She was the daughter of the late James and Etta Hatchett Williamson. Frances was a homemaker and a member of Hoxie First Baptist Church. She enjoyed her cats, playing the piano and organ, and crafts. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Edward Rushing; daughter, Carolyn Pollock; and son-in-law, Lee Gray.
Survivors include daughter, Cathy Gray; sons, Jerry Don (Connie) Clifford and Terry (Kim) Clifford, all of Paragould; eleven grandchildren; and nineteen great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 12:00-1:00 pm at Heath Funeral Home. Service will begin at 1:00 pm and be officiated by Bro. Will Vasser. Burial will follow at Shiloh Cemetery. Pallbearers are Brad Gray, Brandon Clifford, Terry James Clifford, Gary Lee Pollock, Jerry Edward Allen Pollock, and Richard Slayton. Honorary pallbearers are Nathan Boak, Brandon Hackworth, and Chris Brown. Send memorials to Hoxie First Baptist Church.
