Fayetta Virginia Meredith

Fayetta Virginia Meredith, 80 of Delaplaine died Tuesday at her residence. Fayetta was a retired farmer and retired from Postal service after 27 years. She was a member of the Delaplaine Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Mary Moore Collins. Survivors include her husband, P. T. Meredith of the home; son and daughter-in-law Eddie Joe and Shirley Meredith of Delaplaine; grandson and wife, Scott and Angie Meredith of Delaplaine; granddaughter, Vickie Smith of Delaplaine; great grandchildren, Tyler, Johnny and Quinten Smith, Alysa Burbank, Abigail, Anna and Bricen Meredith; sisters, Elwanda Clayton of Delaplaine, Clora Russom of Beech Grove, Dorothy Burgess of Harrison, Glenna Swink of Paragould and Louise DeVore of Viola; brothers, James and Larry Don Collins of Paragould and Charles Collins of Haroldsburg, KY. Visitation will be Thursday evening from 6:00-8:00 at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Friday morning at 10:00 at Heath Colonial Chapel with Adam Bruton officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Eli Murray, Leonard Nees, Tony Eubanks, Richard Alls, Junior Alls, William Sisco.
