Eunice Bonnie Kersey

Eunice Bonnie Kersey, 88, Paragould, died Monday, April 22, 2013, at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center in Paragould. She was born March 5, 1925, in Greene County, Arkansas the daughter of the late Earl and Betty Beatrice Eubanks Orick. She was also preceded in death by her husband, O.J. Kersey, son, Gary Don Kersey, brother, Freddie Orick and infant sister, Gertie Faye. Eunice was a homemaker who loved the Saint Louis Cardinals, the Roundup, gardening, cooking and her church, Seventh & Mueller Church of Christ. She is survived by her grandchildren: Tony Kersey of Jonesboro, Jarrod Kersey of Paragould, Jana Haynes of Jonesboro; siblings: Herman Orick of Stanford, Grace Dellerman of Saint Louis, MO, Don Orick of Stanford, Laura Jean Roberts of Paragould, Jan Carson of Atlanta, GA, Ed Orick of Fredericksburg, TX; great grandchildren: Kyle, Kase, Klay and K.J. Kersey and Kamdon Haynes. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Thursday, at Seventh and Mueller Church of Christ.. Her life will be celebrated at Seventh and Mueller Church of Christ, 11:00 AM, Friday, with Larry McFadden and Michael Cox officiating. Interment will follow at Greene County Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers are Craig and Jacob Tarry, Steve, Ron and Wes Orick and Scott Roberts.
