Emma Azalee Bolick, 85 of Lafe, passed away Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at Greene Acres Nursing Home. She was born May 26, 1926 in Walnut Ridge. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Daniel Mitchem and Maudie L. Mitchell, husband, Miles Amos Bolick, son, Lawrence Bolick, six brothers, Earnest and Horace Mitchem, A. J., Irvin, John and Alonzo King. She was a school cafeteria cook at Lafe, Oak Grove and Marmaduke School for over 30 years. She was a member at St John's Lutheran Church. She is survived by her son: William "Bill" Bolick (Deb) of Madison, MS; step-son: Miles A. Bolick (Betty) of Leavenworth, KS; daughters: Brenda Stone (Jerry) of Lafe; Ann Tritch (Orin) of Paragould; fourteen grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM, Thursday at Heath Funeral Home. The celebration of her life will be at 10:30 AM, Friday at St John's Lutheran Church with Reverend Curt Dwyer officiating. Burial will follow at St John's Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Matthew Green, Arthur King, Allen King, Stacy Tritch, Steve Bolick, Jason Tritch.
