Edward George Boyer, 79, passed away on July 23, 2024, in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Born on April 14, 1945, in Fall River, he was a dedicated woodworker at Duratherm Window Company in Vassalboro, Maine, where his craftsmanship was highly respected.
Ed was known for his loving and caring nature, often described as the life of the party with his playful antics. He prioritized his family above all else, a trait that endeared him to all who knew him. His hobbies included fishing, playing cribbage, and engaging in lively discussions with friends.
He leaves behind his wife, Diane Brundrett Boyer of Paragould, Arkansas; his daughters, Davina Boyer Leiker and her family of Greeley, Kansas, and Cody Lynne Boyer of Paragould, Arkansas; and his son, Jonathan Boyer and his family of Billerica, Massachusetts. Ed was preceded in death by his parents, Alfred and Isabel Morgan Boyer, his brother, Alfred James Boyer, and his sister, Ann Boyer McCann.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Edward can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. His memory will be cherished by his family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
