Earlene (Grady) Futrell, age 85, of Paragould, died Sunday, August 17, 2008, at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center in Paragould. She attended the First United Methodist Church in Paragould and was co-owner of the Party Store, Inc. for over 31 years. She was the daughter of the late Bill and Sarethna Grady. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Jeptha F. Futrell, Jr.; daughter, Linda Dianne Futrell; and brothers, John Grady and Charles Grady. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Drs. Mike and Josie Futrell of Shreveport, LA, Danny and Linda Futrell of Paragould, and Bill and Lee Anne Futrell of Eads, TN; sisters, Billie Wayne Parker of Bluefield, WV, Mary Vaughn of Cardwell, MO, and Terry Coy of Benton, AR; brother, James Grady of White Lake, MI; granddaughters and grandsons-in-law, Jill and Michael Sloas of Paragould, Dawn and Brian Cassidy of New York City, NY, Farrah and Brandon Ollis of Martin, TN, Misty and Bart Alexander of Shreveport, LA, Heather and Steven Henderson of Ft. Mitchell, AL, Lindsey and Philip Way of Little Rock, Allie Eastlick of Eads, TN and MaryBeth Eastlick of Eads, TN,; grandson and granddaughter-in-law, Frank and Laura Hurst of Downers Grove, IL; great grandchildren, Zoe Sloas, Abby Ollis, Andrew Ollis, Kiersten Henderson, Hayden Hurst, Ben Sloas, Connor Hurst, and Bailey Way. The graveside funeral service will be Saturday, August 23, 2008, at 2:00 pm in Linwood Cemetery under the direction of Heath Funeral Home. Reverend Allen Crum will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Michael Sloas, Brian Cassidy, Brandon Ollis, Bart Alexander, John Grady, and Steve Grilletta. The family requests memorials be sent to the American Heart Association, St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, or First United Methodist Church of Paragould.
