Dr. Floyd Ray Shrader

Dr. Floyd Ray Shrader, 72, of West Memphis and Paragould, died Tuesday, January 7, 2014 at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center. Dr. Shrader was born to Sherman and Ruby Jeloel (Rankin) Shrader March 31, 1941 in Claremore, Oklahoma. Dr. Shrader practiced medicine for 46 years. In this time he was in private practice for over 30 years, and was an ER doctor at Arkansas Methodist for 8 years. Dr. Shrader was also a member of the Arkansas Medical Association. Dr. Shrader is preceded in death by his parents. Dr. Shrader is survived by his wife Angela Shrader, three children Floyd Paul Shrader of Dubuque, Iowa, Garen Shrader of Summerville, Tennessee, Stacey Mountford of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, three step children Trae Clark of Antioch, Alabama, Angie Farley of West Memphis, Arkansas and Zack Farley of Memphis, Tennessee, one sister Shirley McNeil of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Memorial visitation will be Sunday, January 12, 2014, at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in West Memphis, AR. from 1:00-4:00 .
