Dorothy Mae Autry

September 12, 1925 — November 30, 2008

Dorothy Mae Autry, 83 of Paragould, died on Sunday at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center. Dorothy was a lifetime cook, retiring from Captain Joe's restaurant and a member of the Oak Grove Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Monroe Autry; son, James Floyd Autry, parents, Willis John and Mae Manus Fraysher, brothers John and Jack Fraysher. Survivors include: daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara and Don Slatton of Patton, MO, Wilma and Alan Summers of Evening Star, AR and Velma Autry of Paragould; son and dauhgter-in-law, Charles and Nancy Autry of Paragould. 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 6:00-9:00 at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 1:00 P.M. at Heath Colonial Chapel with Rev. Don Slatton officiating. Burial will follow in the Epsaba Cemetery. Memorials may be sent to the American Cancer Society.
