Donna Kay Napier, 63, Paragould died Thursday at her residence. She was born October 20, 1947 in Paragould the daughter of the late John "Pete" and Earline Weaver Napier. She served as the Greene County Deputy Treasurer from April 1976-1978 and as the Greene County Treasurer from January 1979-December 2008. She was a member of the Greene County Democratic Women and former vice president of the Arkansas State Treasurers Association. She was the manager of the Sheltered Workshop and was also an employee at the Shirt Factory. She was a graduate of Oak Grove High School and attended ASU. She was a member of Shiloh United Methodist Church. She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law: Gary and Scotta Napier, niece: Terri Napier, nephew and niece: Tim and Tiffany Napier, great-nephews: Reece and Canon Napier, friend: Pat Pillow all of Paragould. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Saturday, at Heath Funeral Home. The celebration of her life will be at 2:30 PM, Sunday, at Shiloh United Methodist Church with Reverends David Swift and John Snyder officiating. Burial will follow at Shiloh Cemetery.
