Dick Brittingham

Dick Brittingham, 91, formerly of Paragould, died Thursday, in Cookeville, Tennessee. He was born July 16, 1918 the son of the late Eugene "Britt" and Ruth Rogers Brittingham. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Hampton Brittingham, granddaughter, Autumn, and grandson, Matt. He was a member of First United Methodist Church, worked at Sears, Grishams and Belks, and served his country during WWII in the army earning a bronze star. Survivors include his daughter: Marilyn Kay Hubbard of Lampe, Missouri; son: Rick Brittingham of Baxter, Tenessee, one grandson and two great grandchildren. Visitation is from 11:00 AM-12:45 PM at Heath Funeral Home Saturday. Friends and family will meet for a graveside service 1:00 PM Saturday, at Linwood Cemetery.
