Dewayne Scott Hopper, 58, of Paragould, died Wednesday October 23, 2013 in Mt. View on Turkey Creek. Dewayne was born to Charles and Novolyne (Stow) Hopper May 27, 1955 in Blytheville, Arkansas. Dewayne loved to fish, hunt and travel, enjoyed his family and playing with his grandchildren, blue grass music and loved having a fish fry with family and friends . Services will be 2PM Saturday, October 26 at Christian Life Center in Brookland, with Scott Trayler officiating, burial will follow in the Greene County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 6-8PM Friday October 25 at the Christian Life Center in Brookland. Mr. Hopper is preceded in death by his parents Charles and Novolyne Hopper, one grandson Justin Hall and father-in-law Tom Haynes Sr... Survivors include his wife Jackie Haynes Hopper, two daughters Darlenia Crow of Marmaduke, Karen and her husband David Hall of Paragould, one beloved Quincy Roberts of Paragould who was like a son, two bothers Ronald Hopper of Rector and Tony and his wife Becky of Paragould, mother-in-law Billie Haynes of Paragould, six grandchildren Austin, Michael, Maranda and Kaylee Crow and Katelyn and Jacob Hall, nieces and nephews Joshua and Amy Hopper, Tom, David, Nathan Haynes and Amber Bowers, brother-in-law Tommy and his wife Emma Haynes of Paragould, Elden and his wife Donna Haynes of Paragould and Special Aunt Tilda Streeter Kinnel of Blytheville.
