Debra Kay Bateman

Debra Kay Bateman, 52 of Paragould, died Wednesday at St. Bernards Medical Center. She was born on March 18, 1959 in Paragould. She was employed by McDonald's and was of Methodist faith. She was preceded in death by her father, Hubert Walker, son, Garrick Lynn Bateman. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law: Eric Hughes and Erin Bateman of Mcdonough, GA; Derek Cody Bateman and Zarek Ian and Rebekah Bateman all of Paragould; mother: Eugenia Walker of Rector; brother: Jerry Walker of Paragould; grandchildren: Abbey Marie Bateman and Zeke Elliott Bateman. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM-8:00 PM, Friday, at Heath Funeral Home. The celebration of her life will be at 10:00 AM, Saturday, at Heath Colonial Chapel with Reverend Michelle Dubar officiating. Interment will follow at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
