David W. Blankenship

David Wade Blankenship, 86 of Paragould has gone to be with the Lord, Friday at St. Bernard’s Medical Center. He was born August 11, 1924 in Delaplaine, AR, the son of the late William and Thalia Blankenship. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Agnes Blankenship. He was a member of Grace United General Baptist Church. Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and David Anderson of West Virginia; sons and daughters-in-law, Michael Lynn and Linda Blankenship of Paragould and Vernon and Connie Blankenship of Iowa. Grandchildren, Jamie Rogers, Stefanie Ward, Melissa Stone, PFC Michael Anderson and Amanda Troug. 5 great grandchildren. Visitation will be Sunday from 6-8 at Heath Funeral Home. His life will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M. Monday at Heath Colonial Chapel with Rev. Royce Schanda officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
