David M. Fisher, 79, of Paragould, passed away Tuesday at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro. He was born in Walnut, IL., and was retired from Chrysler Corporation as a relief repairman. He was of the Baptist faith and loved sports, writing poems, taking pictures and drinking coffee at Huddle House. David was the son of the late Everett and Viola Smith Fisher. He was also preceded in death by his first wife, Joan Fay Fisher and sister, Ala Marie Walters.
Survivors include his wife, Pamela Bowser Fisher; two daughters, Kay (Richard) Ruthven of Paragould and Lori Tresemer of Durand, IL; two sons, Brian Fisher and Mark Fisher of Bowling Green, KY; step-son, Greg Berglund of Paragould; step-daughter, Gail Taylor of Paragould; 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 12 - 2 pm Sunday at Heath Funeral Home. Service will start at 2 in the chapel with Rev. Tracy Archibald officiating. Burial will follow in Linwood Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Randy Condray, Steven Robertson, Stephen Pace, Robert Pillow, Andrew Fisher, Joe Tompkins and Nick Weaver.
