Danny Allen Peyton, a beloved son, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away on April 25, 2025, at the age of 46. Born on March 18, 1979, in Paragould, Arkansas, Allen was a lifelong resident of his hometown and a familiar face in the community.
Allen was a jack-of-all-trades known for his skills as a handyman. He took great pride in his work, often fixing appliances and vehicles for friends and family. His love for tinkering was matched only by his passion for spending time with his family.
He leaves behind his cherished daughters, Bailey Peyton, Carrie (Jonathan Kylan Walker) Peyton, Britney Peyton, and Raven Peyton, and his beloved grandson, Brody Thorn, who will always remember his laughter and the time they spent together. Allen is also survived by his father, Danny Peyton, his mother, Linda Peyton, his sisters, Linda (Rick) Appling and Rachel (fiance, Christopher Blanton) Peyton, nine nieces and nephews, one great-niece, one great-nephew, and a host of friends.
In his free time, Allen loved hunting for arrowheads, having a keen eye for finding them to add to his collection. He loved playing Guitar Hero and enjoying a game of darts or pool at Percy's Pool Hall. He had a fascination with motorcycles and a spirit that always sought adventure. Allen's infectious smile, generosity, and love for life will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
A public visitation for Allen will take place on April 30, 2025, at Heath Funeral Home, starting at 1:00 PM, with a funeral service to follow at 2:00 PM. He will be laid to rest in Greene County Memorial Gardens following the services.
