Clyde O. Rogers, 90, of Paragould died Sunday at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center. He was born September 28, 1919, in Greene County. Clyde was a World War II veteran and a retiree from General Motors in Flint, MI. He was a member of Brown’s Chapel Baptist Church.

Clyde was preceded in death by his first wife, Opal Rogers; parents, Dewey and Ona Rogers; sisters, Helen Bell and Pauline Nichols; three nieces, one nephew and one great nephew. Survivors include his wife, Virginia Rogers of Paragould; brother, Jimmy Rogers of Walcott, AR; one sister, Leoma Wray of Paragould; step-son and daughter-in-law. Mickey and Diane Cooper of Memphis, TN; two grandchildren, Stacey and husband David Martin and Michelle Cooper; one great grandson, Jake Martin. A host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 1:00-2:00 P.M. at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M. at Heath Colonial Chapel with Revs. Royce Boling and George Haygood officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Pallbearers will be, Nigel Bell, Bill Thompson, Jerry Scheer, Paul Sailor, Benny Leuker and Caleb Bell. The family would like to thank a special friend, Judy Rasberry and the caregivers for the loving care Mr. Rogers received.
