Clarence Rose, 82 of Paragould passed away Tuesday. He had lived in Pargould most of his life. He was a retired fireman from the Paragould Fire Department. He was of the pentecostal faith and was a United States veteran of the Korean war. He was preceded in death by his parents Melvin and Flossie Lemmons Compton, and his grandmother, Bessie Lemmons.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Sue Rose of the home; two sons, Greg Rose of Lafe and Tony (Debbie) Rose of Paragould; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
The family will have a gathering of friends Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm at 107 W. Ruby in Paragould.
All services will be private.
