Charlia Kay Reeves

Charlia Kay Reeves, 40, was born in Blytheville, Arkansas on August 8, 1969, and died on March 23, 2010 in Jonesboro, Arkansas at St. Bernard's Medical Center after a short illness. Charlia is survived by her mother, Doris Reeves; her sisters, Norma Reeves and Junetta Becker; her brothers, Norman and Raymond Reeves; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles. She was preceded in death by her father, Junior Reeves; and her nephew, Richard Reeves. Charlia was a lifelong resident of Paragould, and at the time of her death attended the Focus Adult Development Program in Paragould. She enjoyed drawing, listening to music, bowling, golfing, traveling, and visiting the library. Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 25, 2010, at Heath Funeral Home, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m..A celebration of her life will be held on Friday, March 26, 2010 at 10 a.m. at the Heath Colonial Chapel. Burial will follow in Morrow Cemetery. Hebrews 13:2 says that some of us have "entertained angels unawares." Charlia was our angel, and she brought continual love, joy, and laughter into our lives. She was deeply loved and will be sorely missed.
