Charles Floyd Harvill

Charles Floyd Harvill, 72, of Paragould, passed away Tuesday, August 17, 2021. Charles was a Greene County native. He was born on September 21, 1948 to Floyd Harvill and Mildred Garner Harvill. Charles married Sandra Kay Rowland on September 9, 1966. He was a member of the Center Hill Church of Christ. He was retired from ADOT in 2000 due to health reasons. Charles was an avid hunter and outdoorsman. The center of his world was his babies and his dog, Sam.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Mildred Harvill, sister, Glenda Doughty, father and mother-in-law, Melvin and Mozelle Rowland, niece, Ary Collier, and brother-in-law, W.C. Watkins.

Survivors include his wife, Kay, of the home; daughters, Randa Crawford and Charlia Lamar; two granddaughters, Millie Crawford, and Charlee Sue Lamar; grandson, Jarrett; sons-in-law, Chris Lamar and Mac Crawford; sisters, Linda Watkins, and Mary Liles; brothers-in-law, Jesse Doughty, Kenneth Rowland (Ozella), and Willis Liles; other immediate family members are Rickie Liles, and Steve Rowland; several nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.

At this point in time, due to our experience with Covid, no memorial service is planned at this time.
