Cecil Dale Kelly

Cecil Dale Kelly passed away on October 25th, 2021 at the age of 73 surrounded by family. He was born on November 2nd, 1947 in Paragould, AR where he spent the remainder of his life. He graduated from Paragould High School, was an Army veteran and retired from Emerson Electric after 43 years. He attended First Assembly of God. He loved to cook and was known for his avid love for fishing, hunting and the outdoors. Cecil was a people person who spent a lot of time socializing, entertaining and filling in locally for Santa as needed. He loved his family and church.

Cecil was preceded in death by his mother, Imogene Schultz Kelly, his father, Cecil Ben Kelly, his daughter, Julie Kelly Jones, and sisters, Jeana May Kelly and Cathy Kelly Keistler.

Cecil is survived by his wife, Frieda Stevens Kelly, children, Melissa (Brad) Straub and Michael Stevens, Grandchildren, Derek (Casey) Idrizi, Amanda Idrizi, Alex Idrizi, Kameron Jones, Heather (Jeremy) Collins, Harlie Stevens, four Great grandchildren, brother, Scott (Shawn) Kelly, sister, Cindy (Keith) Hayes, special cousins, Janet Thompson, Dennis Janes, Jerry Don Janes and special nephew and nieces, Brandon Kelly, Nicole Samples, Keisha Hazelwood, and Tara Cox.

Services will be held at Heath Funeral home on Thursday, October 28th, 2021 with visitation from 12-2 PM and services beginning at 2PM with burial to follow at New Friendship Cemetery.
