Brant Lamar Crow was one of six children born to Lawerance and Alta Crow. He was born on December 31, 1950, at Paragould Community Methodist Hospital. He was a graduate of Knobel High School. He passed away on Monday, April 4, 2022, at the age of 71 at Region One in Memphis, Tennessee. He was preceded in death by Lawerance Crow, Margaret Vandergriff, Shelia Crow, and Cody Crow.
Brant was blessed with four grandsons and two great grandchildren, Cody (Tabitha) Crow, Kordell (Anneliese) Crow, Kinley Johnson, Malachi Johnson, Kadience Crow, and Kache Crow. He is also survived by his wife of 48 years, Debbie Crow; two children, Kenny (Diane) Crow and Amy Johnson, both of Pocahontas; siblings, Steve (Myra) Crow, Joan Boyd, Margaret (Darrell) Vandergriff, Susie (Steve) Flanery, Shelia Crow; and a host of nephews, nieces, and friends.
Brant was a mechanic for 40 years in the Stanford and Walcott areas. He loved spending time in the garden, canning vegetables, fishing, hunting, trapping, bailing hay, and working cows on his farm.
The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6-8 at Heath Funeral Home in Paragould. The funeral is Saturday at 10am at Heath Funeral Home with Rev. Tracy Archibald officiating. Burial will follow in Providence Cemetery. Pallbearers are Jimmy Howard, Charles Martin, Steve Crow II, Steve Flanery, Clayton Vandergriff, and Joe Vandergriff. Honorary pallbearers are Jerry Howard, Daryl Vandergriff, Steve Crow I, and Artis Roush.
