Bradley Hoyer

November 8, 1977 — November 19, 2022

Bradley Wayne Hoyer, 45, passed from this life on Saturday, November 19, 2022. He was born on November 8, 1977, to Dennis Hoyer and the late Connie Bushong. He attended both Paragould and Greene County Tech schools. Brad married Hannah Myles on March 10, 2001. They welcomed their son, JB, in 2004, and their daughter, Bailey, in 2006. Brad was a machinist and small engine mechanic. He could fix anything, and he would drop whatever he was doing to help anyone. He always said God blessed him with two hands, and he always tried to help others with them. There was no job too big or too small. Brad volunteered for the Greene County Rescue Squad and served for eighteen years. He also loved being a part of the GCT Quarterback Club for the last ten years. Brad was always attending any activity involving his kids. There was never a man more proud of his kids than Brad, and he always made a point to let others know how proud he was of them. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Often times, his family would find him "piddling" in the shop at their house. He was never one to sit still. Brad was only 45 years old when his body couldn't fight for him anymore, but he never quit fighting. He took whatever life threw at him and made the best of it. He never gave up. He loved to talk, and he never met a stranger. Brad loved hard, and it showed in everything he did and everyone he met. He was a member of Lake Street Baptist Church, and he loved his Lord. There is no doubt Brad is making the best dressing Heaven has ever had.

Brad was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Albert and Ollie Hoyer; maternal grandparents, John and Lucy Michael; mother, Connie Bushong; and sister, Keona "Krickett" Hoyer.

He leaves a huge hole in the hearts of the ones who loved him, especially his wife, Hannah, and their children, JB and Bailey. He is also survived by his father, Dennis Hoyer; brother, Trenton Hoyer; and many, many friends.

The family will receive friends on Friday, November 25, 2022, at Heath Funeral Home from 5-8 PM. The funeral is Saturday at 2 PM at Lake Street Baptist Church with Revs. Wayne Faulkner and Jody Faulkner officiating. Burial will follow in Linwood Cemetery.
