Bonnie Carol Hogan, daughter of the late Henry Lee Browder, Sr. and Dorothy Shinault Browder, was born August 29, 1943, in Memphis, Tennessee, and passed away December 23, 2024, at St. Bernard's Medical Center in Jonesboro at the age of 81. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Patricia Bray; brothers, Henry Lee Browder, Jr. and Ken Browder; and stepdaughter, Lisa Hogan Tate of Paragould.
Bonnie tried taming the wilderness when she married Joel David Hogan, Sr. in Paragould in March 1980. He preceded her in death in 2006. Even though their marriage ended in 1994, she said he was the love of her life.
Survivors include her daughter, Lana Hogan of Paragould; nephew Daniel Bray (Shawn Rader) of Mount Dora, Florida; niece, Kelli Langford (Chris) of Houston, Texas; stepsons, Mike Hogan (Kristie), David Hogan (Tammy), and Joey Hogan all of Paragould, and Terry Dennis Hogan of Texas.
A vibrant and very special lady, Bonnie loved music, singing, dancing, cooking, animals, and her close family and friends. She was of the Baptist faith. She had a deep passion for laughter and life. She had a strong fiery spirit and the sass to back it up. She was a wonderful mom and best friend to her daughter. She had many great friends throughout her life. She touched the hearts and souls of countless others throughout her long life. She has left a beautiful legacy of happy memories and unforgettable moments and will be greatly missed.
