Betty Stevens

June 23, 1940 — April 3, 2022

Betty Lou Stevens, 81, of Union, Missouri, passed away Sunday, April 3rd, 2022. She retired from nursing. Betty was the daughter of the late Fred and Mable Cross. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Leo and Freddie Cross; sister and brother-in-law, Shirley and Leon Judd; son-in-law, Ernie Yawn; grandson, Timothy Yawn; and brother-in-law, Jesse Campbell.

Survivors include her husband, Bobby Stevens; sons, David (Joyce) Stevens, Terry Stevens, and William "Bill" Stevens; daughters, Anna (Jason) Isgriggs and Tina Yawn; sisters, Wanda Carson, Helen Campbell, and Dorie (Freddie) Ellington; grandchildren, Jamie (Donny) Webb, Krystal (Barry) Walbrecht, John (Nichole) Yawn, and Mathew Yawn; and great grandchildren, Addyson and Payton Yawn, Sophie Webb,Kaleb, Garet, and Maddox Walbrecht, Kelsie (Emmett) Parker and daughter, Blair, Macie Walbrecht, and Randy Webb.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 11-12 at Heath Funeral Home in Paragould, Arkansas. The funeral will begin at 12 with Tristen Arnold officiating. Burial is in Sharum Cemetery. Pallbearers are David Stevens, Terry Stevens, Bill Stevens, John Yawn, Mathew Yawn, and Jason Isgriggs. In lieu of flowers, please consider St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
