Betty F. Imboden, 87, of Paragould, passed away Thursday at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center. She was retired but never retired from volunteering. She spent many hours at church, Senior B.E.E.S., and AMMC as an auxiliary member. Betty loved to bowl, participated in the Senior Olympics, and absolutely loved spending time with her friends and family. Betty was the daughter of the late Carl and Ruby Fleeman. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Jere L. Imboden; sisters, Emma Pattee and Mary Jones; and brother, Johnnie Fleeman.
Survivors include her children, Lee (Kyoko Hummel) Imboden of Taos, New Mexico, Rick Imboden of Olive Branch, Mississippi, Susan I. (Richard) Clark of Olive Branch, and Jenifer (David) Hart of Troy, Tennessee; brother, Don (Millie) Fleeman; sister-in-law, Lue Fleeman of Jessieville; grandchildren, Mike McDonald, Danica LePorte, Matthew Imboden, Josh Hart, Jess Hart, Clayton Clark, Lindsey Clark, and Theo Hummel; and 4 great grandchildren.
Visitation is Sunday 1-3 pm at Heath Funeral Home. The funeral begins at 3 with Rev. Kenny Lee officiating. A graveside service is Monday at 10 am at Memphis Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Scott Larson officiating. In lieu of flowers, please consider Griffin Memorial United Methodist Church.
